1) Michael J. Fitzpatrick Mr. Fitzpatrick has advised the Board that it moved its Mount Laurel, NJ school to Toms River, NJ, and requested the Committee’s Website be updated accordingly.
2) Roland D. Lucas Mr. Lucas agreed to the terms of the Committee’s Consent Order.
3) Douglas Sabey Mr. Sabey agreed to the terms of the Committee’s Consent Order.
4) James A. Levy Mr. Levy has advised the Committee that he has resolved his differences with Michael J. Fitzpatrick, Executive Director Inspection 21, regarding the completion of the home inspection curriculum. 5) David G. Esposito, Esquire RE: Order to Enforce Litigant’s Rights - Mr. Lou (a.k.a. Mr. Lewis), Complaint #62098 January 20, 2009 Mr. Esposito, Esq. has requested that the attached Order to Enforce Litigant’s Rights be forwarded to Mr. Lou (a.k.a. Mr. Lewis), at the address on file. RE: Uniform Penalty Letter In Lieu of Formal Disciplinary Complaint
Sure Home Inspection Services - Gregor Van Pelt, Complaint #62463 Mr. Bernot, Esq. Has advised Ms. Bradford that his client, Mr. Van Pelt, has agreed to the terms of the Committee’s previously issued UPL. However, the Committee office has not yet received the certification page of the UPL.
7) Craig Lewis, Lewis Home Inspections Mr. Lewis responded to the Committee’s February 17, 2009 dated UPL. e. Outgoing Correspondence
1) Jonathan P. Dixon & Associates Mr. Dixon was advised that the Committee granted him an six (6) month extension to October 31, 2009, to complete his continuing education units, and to review its statutes and regulations regarding the practice of the profession.
2) Barry Bourquin The Committee has advised Mr. Bourquin that it has concluded its investigation into these matters and found insufficient cause for action. 8.
