Administrative Staff, Celeste Paige Announcement of quorum In accordance with Chapter 231 of P.L. 1975, more commonly referred to as the Sunshine Law, adequate notice of this meeting was provided by mailing to the Office of The Secretary of State, The Newark Star Ledger, The Trenton Times, The Bergen Record and The Courier Post. III. APPROVAL OF PUBLIC MINUTES The minutes of the December 11, 2008 public session meetings of the Board will be moved for approval or amendment. IV. PUBLIC COMMENT V. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT VI. CORRESPONDENCE A. Charlene Alderfer - Requests Board Member, Judith Owens presence at The College of New Jersey’s "Ethical, Legal and Professional Issues in Marriage and Family Therapy" Class, to discuss the Board’s Three-Year Temporary permit and licensure process. B. Muriel Singer, Ph.D - Requests the Board’s presentation of the new licensing regulations at the New Jersey Marriage and Family Therapy State Association Conference held Friday June 5, 2009. VII. LEGISLATIVE/REGULATORY VIII. NJAMFT/AAMFT MATTERS A. Maria Seddio, LMFT, NJAMFT Division President - Ms. Seddio writes to inform that members of the association will attend the Open Session of the monthly State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners Public Agenda meetings on a rotating basis. B. Lois Paff Bergen, Ph.D, LMFT, Executive Director, AMFTRB - Email regarding Marriage and Family Therapy national examination, personnel and examination process. Improvements. IX.
