NOTICE TO TOWING COMPANIES
Towers Are Not Required To Register

Governor Corzine signed P.L. 2009, c.39 (A3812/S2567) on April 16, 2009. It removes the registration and tariff provisions of the Predatory Towing Prevention Act and other provisions of that law affected by the requirement for registration. The Division will publish new proposed regulations to implement the new law and withdraw the proposed regulations published in the New Jersey Register of February 2, 2009.
