The Division of Consumer Affairs can help you

The Division of Consumer Affairs’ mission – to protect the public from fraud, deceit, and misconduct – is especially important during public health crises like the coronavirus pandemic. Since Governor Murphy declared a state of emergency on March 9, 2020, the Division has been at the forefront of the state’s pandemic response.

From protecting consumers from price gouging, to ensuring New Jersey’s healthcare workforce can safely respond to increased demands, the Division continues to play a vital role in New Jersey’s fight to stop the spread of COVID-19 and save lives.
