On October 1, 2014, the law requiring home elevation contractors to register with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, became effective.

We will NO LONGER be able to service Home Improvement Contractors on a Walk-In basis on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

If you are applying for a contractor's registration or trying to reinstate your expired registrations, please read the following notice:
We are processing your requests as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. To check the status of your registration, click here and enter the town in which your business is registered. If your registration status is "active" but you have not received your new registration document, call (973) 273-8090, follow the prompts and a "Licensee Verification Letter" will be faxed to you immediately, which will allow you to work until your registration certificate arrives in the mail. If your status is "expired" or "pending," please recheck the website after 5 business days or call (888) 656-6225 or (973) 424-8150 to speak to a Call Center Representative.
