1 Copy of an e-mail request to Ask Consumer Affairs from John Missell who requests the board's guidance pertaining to "I am an architect registered in the state of NJ and executing a public school contract for a NJ School District. Former Employees of the firm that are registered architects are interfering with the contract providing alternate pricing for potential change orders and additional scope of work. This project is governed by the laws of the State of NJ and an AIA B-151 Owner architect agreement. Are these actions allowed by the State Bd of Architects - interfering with a fully executed contract?
