Administrative Law Judge Jeffery Gerson decided the matter of Kenneth Zahl, M.D - OAL Docket Number BDS 5123-06 (Zahl ll) with an Initial Decision forwarded to the parties on or about December 19, 2008. This matter was set down for final decision making by the Board on February 11, 2009, however, the matter was adjourned until the March 11, 2009 Board meeting. Prior to its consideration of the Initial Decision, the Board will entertain oral argument on Dr. Zahl’s Motion for Sanctions and Recusals. If denied, the Board will proceed to consider the Initial Decision.
