The 2007-2009 license renewal period ends July 30, 2007. Licensees who don’t renew before July 30, 2007 must reinstate. You cannot renew or reinstate a physician license on the web after July 30, 2007. Please contact the Board of Medical Examiner's Call Center at 609-826-7100 for information on this process. Or mail a written request for a reinstatement package to: Board of Medical Examiners, Renewal/Reinstatement Unit, P.O. Box 183, Trenton, NJ 08625. Please include your printed name and license number in your request.
