2. Two checks in the amounts of $5,000.00 and $500.00 received from Mr. Johnson, License #7469 (Expired), as the first and final payment of a civil penalty in the amount of $5,500.00 for violation of N.J.S.A. 45:5A-9 and N.J.S.A. 45:1-21(e).

3. Postal Money Order in the amount of $500.00 received from Mr. Evans, License #14498, as the first installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000.00 for violation of N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.2(b).

4. Two Cashier’s Checks in the amounts of $500.00 each were received from Mr. Santos, License #11359, as the second and third installment of a civil penalty in the amount of $2,000.00 for violation of N.J..S.A. 45:5A-9 N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.3.

5. Postal Money Order in the amount of $100.00 was received from Mr. Gandy, Unlicensed, as the fifteenth installment of a civil penalty in the amount of a civil penalty in the amount of $2,500.00 for violation of N.J..S.A. 45:5A-9 N.J.A.C. 13:31-3.3.

CEASE AND DESIST AGREEMENTS

16. Signed cease and desist agreement was received from Sharif Latif, Cranbury, New Jersey; Joseph Spina, Cliffside, New Jersey; Robert Palmarozza, President, Mr. Handyman, Wayne, New Jersey; Luis Mengen, t/a Luis General Contractor, LLC, Clifton, New Jersey; David Buckner, President, Solar Energy Systems, Brooklyn, New York; Pete McDonnell, Tenafly, New Jersey; and Brian Gulett, Hazlet, New Jersey, agreeing to include the language in his advertisement that all electrical work is "performed by licensed electrical contractors". Cease and desist agreement received from James B. Ashmen, Sewell, New Jersey and Mark W. Ice, Trenton, New Jersey.
