Signed cease and desist agreement was received from Sharif Latif, Cranbury, New Jersey; Joseph Spina, Cliffside, New Jersey; Robert Palmarozza, President, Mr. Handyman, Wayne, New Jersey; Luis Mengen, t/a Luis General Contractor, LLC, Clifton, New Jersey; David Buckner, President, Solar Energy Systems, Brooklyn, New York; Pete McDonnell, Tenafly, New Jersey; and Brian Gulett, Hazlet, New Jersey, agreeing to include the language in his advertisement that all electrical work is "performed by licensed electrical contractors".
