CEASE AND DESIST AGREEMENT 17. Signed cease and desist agreement was received from V. Smirnov, t/a Triple R. Construction, Hawthorne, New Jersey, agreeing to include the language in his advertisement that all electrical work is "performed by licensed electrical contractors".
