Licenses must be renewed every two years.

How does a consumer file a complaint?
You can download a complaint form from our Web site or call the Committee’s office to have a complaint form mailed to you.
Once your complaint has been received, a copy of your complaint will be forwarded to the licensee. The Board will investigate the matter upon receipt of all of the material. All parties will be informed in writing regarding the Board’s final determination.
Training and Exams:
How often is the New Jersey Jurisprudence Examination offered?
This examination is offered twice a year in the spring and fall.
2.What is the passing score for the N.J. Jurisprudence Examination?
The passing score is 70.0.
Is a graduate from a nonaccredited school permitted to sit for the N.J. Jurisprudence Examination?
You may only sit for that exam if you have completed the E.C.F.V.G. or PAVE program.
May I sit for the N.J. Jurisprudence examination prior to passing the NAVLE (national examination)?
No. You must pass the NAVLE exam before sitting for our examination.
