ANNOUNCEMENT:
Municipalities in which Raffles and Bingo
have not been authorized

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-42 et seq. (Bingo) and N.J.S.A. 5:8-69 et seq. (Raffles), the following municipalities within the State of New Jersey have not adopted the provisions of the Bingo and Raffles Licensing Laws. For that reason, Bingo shall not be held and Raffles shall not be sold or held in the following municipalities:

Audubon

Chatham

Collingswood (Only Raffles Permitted)

East Amwell

Essex Fells

Estell Manor

Fanwood

Greenwich-Cumberland

Haddonfield

Lawrence-Cumberland

Mountain Lakes

Ocean City

Pilesgrove

Pine Valley

Prospect Park

Ridgewood (Only Raffles Permitted)

Shiloh

Shrewsbury

Stow Creek

Travistock

Teterboro

Upper Dearfield (Only Raffles Permitted)

Upper Pittsgrove

Wenonah

Woodland (Only Raffles Permitted)
