NOTIFICATION REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO
THE PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTION LICENSING ACT

Please be advised that during the next 180 days, starting October 27, 2005 and ending April 26, 2006, individuals who qualify under N.J.S.A. 45:8-72.1 (a) or (b), otherwise known as Chapter 201, may apply for licensure as a home inspector.

Applications are made available either through this website or by contacting the Home Inspection Advisory Committee at its office located at 124 Halsey Street, 3rd Floor, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
