"Pharmacist by Reciprocity Application " should only be completed by an applicant who holds an active pharmacist license in good standing, without any restrictions, in another state. The applicant must also have engaged in the practice of pharmacy for a period of at least 1,500 hours within the two-year period immediately preceding the date of application, and meet all the other requirements as outlined in N.J.A.C. 13:39-2A.1. All other applicants seeking licensure as a pharmacist in New Jersey should complete the
"Pharmacist by Examination or Score Transfer Application ", and meet all requirements as outlined in N.J.A.C. 13:39-2.1.

For any pharmacy technician applicationssubmitted online from June 2, 2016 thru August 31, 2017, the registration fee is $70.00.
Note: The registration fee will change to $35 on September 1, 2017 and will be in effect until June 2, 2018.
