Directions ​

The Fantasy Sports Unit (FSU)  is charged with the responsibility of regulating fantasy sports activities in the State of New Jersey. The FSU will review applications submitted by businesses desirous of conducting fantasy sports activities in New Jersey. Annual Fantasy Sports Operator permits shall be issued by the FSU to those businesses whose applications are approved. The FSU will oversee and monitor the conduct of fantasy sports activities and have the authority to inspect the facilities of the fantasy sports operator in order to ensure the integrity of all fantasy sports activities.
