Directions by Train (Penn Station, Newark)
Take the Newark Light Rail one stop to the Military Park Station. When you exit, go up the stairwell on your left. When leaving the station, you will be at the corner of Broad Street and Raymond Boulevard. Make a right on Raymond Boulevard and then turn right onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.

Via Garden State Parkway (SOUTH): Take Route 78 East towards Newark Airport. Take the exit towards West Peddie Street/Elizabeth Avenue. Keep left at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto West Runyon Street. Turn left onto Elizabeth Avenue. Elizabeth Avenue becomes Clinton Avenue. Keep right at the fork to continue on Washington Street. Turn right onto Warren Street. Turn right onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.
Via Garden State Parkway (NORTH):Get off the Parkway at exit 145 to Route 280. Take Rt. 280 East. Stay in one of the three left lanes toward Newark and when the road ends, turn right onto First Street. At the second light, turn left onto Central Avenue. Then turn right onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.
Via New Jersey Turnpike (SOUTH): Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 14, at Newark Airport, and follow the ramp that says Newark. The ramp is for Route 21 North (McCarter Highway). Proceed on McCarter Highway to Raymond Boulevard (approximately one mile), and make a left turn onto Raymond Boulevard. Proceed on Raymond Boulevard to Broad Street (which is the third traffic light) and make a right turn onto Broad Street, then make a left turn onto New Street and another left turn onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.
Via New Jersey Turnpike (NORTH):Merge onto I-280 West via Exit 15W toward Newark/Kearny. Take the NJ-21 South exit, Exit 15A, toward Newark/Downtown/Ironbound. Turn slight left onto Grant Street. Take the 1st left onto Broad Street. Keep right at the fork to continue on Broad Street. Turn right onto Cedar Street. Turn left onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.
Via Route 3:Take the exit toward NJ-21/Newark/Paterson. Exit south onto McCarter Highway (also known as Route 21). Follow McCarter Highway into Newark. Turn right onto Rector Street Turn left onto Broad Street Turn right onto Cedar Street Turn left onto Halsey Street. The Division's entrance is located at 124 Halsey Street.

From South New Jersey
- 295 North to RT 195 West
- Follow large green state signs to Trenton. Rt 195 becomes Rt 129 and splits. Stay to the right.
- Turn left at third light onto Hamilton Avenue.
- Travel one block and then turn right at light onto Broad Street.
- At the third light, turn right onto East Front Street. Park in garage on corner of Broad and Front Streets. The office at 140 East Front Street is in the middle of block on the left. See Security Guard in the lobby for a Visitor's Pass.
From North New Jersey
- NJ Turnpike to Exit 7 Rt 195 West.
- Follow large green state signs to Trenton. Rt 195 becomes Rt 129 and splits. Stay to the right.
- Turn left at third light onto Hamilton Avenue.
- Travel one block and then turn right at light onto Broad Street.
- At the third light, turn right onto East Front Street. Park in garage on corner of Broad and Front Streets. The office at 140 East Front Street is in the middle of block on the left. See Security Guard in lobby for a Visitor's Pass.

- Take Route 1 South to Trenton (when highway splits, stay towards the left -
do not go towards "TRENTON BUSINESS DISTRICT."
- Take Market Street/Train Station Exit
- At light at end of exit ramp make right onto Montgomery Street
- At next light, make left onto East Front Street.
- Go through next light. The office is located in the middle of the block. Park in garage on corner of Broad and East Front Streets. See Security Guard in 140 East Front Street Lobby for a Visitor's Pass.
